I was thumbing through a magazine and saw an outfit that I really loved and it would be so easy to put together. It was a black jeans, a soft light brown turtleneck and black boots. I have the black boots and the jeans, now I have to find the turtleneck. Fashion should always be this easy! And from the look of it, I can pretty much pile on as many bangles as I want.
So, don't toss the catalogues or magazines too quickly. They can be a wealth of information!!

Brew me a cup for a winter's night. For the wind howls loud and the furies fight; Spice it with love and stir it with care, And I'll toast our bright eyes, my sweetheart fair.

Angels, roll the rock away; Death, yield up thy mighty prey: See, He rises from the tomb, Glowing with immortal bloom.
Thomas Scott,
I still remember Church on Easter Sunday. I even remember one dress in particular that my mom made for me. It was mint green flocked material and I wore white gloves. Man, have times changed. I wouldn't have had a clue how to make my daughter a dress and she certainly would never have worn white gloves lol...

I don't believe one grows older. I think that what happens early on in life is that at a certain age one stands still and stagnates.
T.S. Eliot
My mom is proof of this. Whenever I call her, she's never at home. I don't know where she gets her energy. The woman is 75 years old. I don't think she knows the meaning of the word!

If you are feeling even slightly depressed, this could be a really hard list to come up with. Your EGO will have all kinds of reasons for you to throw the whole idea right out the window. Why even do such a list?? It’s not going to matter anyway. See just how miserable your EGO can be?? But lets just say for the fun of it, that you write down the first 10 things that occur to you and don't judge them in anyway. Yes, your ego has this annoying little voice that is going to want to butt in, but this year, we are going to learn how to ignore it. To get you started, I’m going to list 5 of my favourite things to do… just to show you how easy it is. So, here goes… 1. read… 2. watch a movie 3. enjoy a nice glass of red wine 4. take a nice bubble bath 5. sit outside and listen to the birds. So, you can see that I didn't justify anything on my list. I just wrote things down as they popped into my mind. Now it’s your turn.

Did You Know This About Skin Cells
Here is something interesting... the skin can make new cells twice as fast when you are asleep.
I have had two awfully late nights this past week, so if my complexion is looking kind of "muddy", I have no one but myself to blame. Tonight, I'm going to bed the minute it's dark enough!!
Now if I could only go back to my university days. I would have had the skin of a 30 year old if only I had gone to bed at a reasonable hour!!

It is very easy to forget to apply a mask on a regular basis, but it is something you should give some serious thought to. Not only is it incredibly relaxing, it is good for your skin. There are masks in every price range and many that are as simple as a plain tub of yogurt. I will remind you in about a month’s time. I think by now, the idea of weekly masks is beginning to stick.

It never fails, I need a pair of stockings and I can't find a pair that doesn't have a run or a pull. Now I buy pantyhose in bulk and then stash them away in a drawer. I always have a fresh pair if I need them. It’s just one last thing to think about. And with my schedule, I can use all the help I can get! I will remind you again in six months.
